Cancellation policy

At Gaster Studio, we value our clients' satisfaction and strive to provide a seamless experience throughout their engagement with us. While we do not offer cancellations for project-based services, we do provide cancellation options for our subscription plans.

If a client opts for the monthly subscription plan, they are billed on a monthly basis. Should they decide to cancel their subscription, the cancellation will take effect from the next billing cycle. This means that they will not be charged for the subsequent month.

For clients who choose the quarterly subscription plan, payment is made every three months. If a cancellation is requested, it will be applied at the conclusion of the current three-month period, ensuring that they will not be billed for the subsequent three months.

Please note that cancellations for subscription plans should be requested in advance to allow for proper processing and adjustment of billing cycles. We are committed to accommodating our clients' needs and ensuring transparency in our policies.
